Box Specification

Single Wall Boxes (BXSW...).

Our Single Wall 0201 style Cardboard Boxes are manufactured from 125KT and 150KT and are a B Flute corrugate. They are glued along one side and are branded with our famous G on the long bottom flap along with the product reference and our website in case you need to order more! The dimensions provided on the website store are the internal dimensions but, due to the manufacturing process, they may be +/- a few mm. Our suppliers are all FSC accredited and so you can be reassured our cartons are from sustainable sources.

Double Wall Boxes (BXDW...).

Our Double Wall 0201 style Cardboard Boxes are manufactured from 125KT  and 150KT and are a BC Flute corrugate. They are glued along one side and are branded with our famous G on the long bottom flap along with the product reference and our website in case you need to order more! The dimensions provided on the website store are the internal dimensions but, due to the manufacturing process, they may be +/- a few mm. Our suppliers are all FSC accredited and so you can be reassured our cartons are from sustainable sources.

Postal Boxes (PB...).

Our Postal Box are 0407 and 0426 styles with tuck in or fold in flaps. They are manufactured from either E or B flute single wall corrugate. Postal Boxes are die-cut and not glued, relying on the user to fold and lock in the box to form it. They can be sealed with tape to provide additional protection against them coming open during transit or use.
